Standard Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you’re not delighted with our service. All items are subject to the below policy unless otherwise is noted on the item’s page as an exception. Please note that we are able to accept returns only if the returned item is new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with everything that was originally included with it. If you bought a wearable item, please try it on in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return it. Full refund will be issued to your original method of payment once we receive the item in compliance to our Returns Policy. We accept PayPal and major credit cards as methods of payment
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part, the item was defective, or the item was eligible for Free Return (see below for Free Return conditions). If we don’t receive the item in compliance with our Returns Policy, restocking fee applies which is determined case by case but the minimum is 20% (returning defective items is exempt from this).
Once the return is received by us, item is inspected and then appropriate refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-6 business days after the return is received by us to get the refund deposited to your bank or credit card account.
To initiate a return process you must provide complete order details and the reason for the return by replying to order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email or by contacting us. We then give you an RMA number and return instructions.
Free Returns: If the item is marked eligible for Free Return on the item page, you can send it back and pay no return shipping cost! Once the item is sent back in new, original condition, full refund will be issued. Free Returns is available to delivery addresses in the 50 states of the United States only (excluding APO/FPO addresses).
Pre-orders: Please note that for pre-orders, the shipping date given in the item page is not an exact date. The manufacturer’s release date can be delayed, in which case we would communicate that to you. By placing your pre-order you acknowledge and agree that there might be a delay in shipping. It might be days or weeks or months or no delay at all; the exact shipping date is determined by the manufacturer and is out of our control. Cancellations of pre-orders are not accepted. Pre-orders can be returned (unless otherwise is noted) but original shipping charges would not be refundable.
