Shipping Policy

In-Stock Orders:

We ship that beautiful item you just bought very fast! It typically takes only one business day for in-stock items to get shipped out to you. We pack items securely (specially collectible items) so you receive them in optimal condition.

Once shipping is done, tracking number will be provided to you through email updates. Please don’t opt out of email updates; otherwise we won’t be able to communicate with you. Delivery date depends on the shipping service you chose during checkout and it is mentioned below. If your delivery address is out of the USA, please take into account the time your country’s Customs Office will take to release the package. We do not have any information how long customs clearance will take. Please ask your local authorities.

US Standard: 3-5 Business Days
US Expedited: 2-4 Business Days
US Overnight: 1-2 Business Days*

International Standard:

  • Canada, Central America, South America 5-10 Business Days
  • Europe 7-14 Business Days
  • Everywhere else 10-20 Business Days

International Expedited:

  • Canada, Central America, South America 4-7 Business Days
  • Europe 5-11 Business Days
  • Everywhere else 6-15 Business Days

* US Overnight will deliver in 1 business day in almost all cases. In some cases it might take 2 business days.

Pre-orders:

In case you’re placing a pre-order, approximate shipping date is mentioned in the item page. Please note that there could be a delay in pre-order shipping dates in some cases if the manufacturer delays the release of the product to us. In that case, we will communicate with you the information we have. We do not accept cancellation requests for pre-orders so please pay attention to details and make sure you’re buying the item that you want.  By placing your pre-order you acknowledge and agree that there might be a delay in shipping. It might be days or weeks or months or no delay at all; the exact shipping date is determined by the manufacturer and is out of our control. We will not accept cancellation requests for pre-orders. 

When different items are pre-ordered together in the same order, shipping will occur when ALL items in that order are in stock. All collectible items (such as Funko items) that are not sold as used or damaged will be shipped out in mint or near mint condition with ample and secure packing so you receive them in the best condition.

Please note that once items are shipped out, our Return Policy applies in case you need to return the items.

Important note: we can only ship to the address you gave us as the shipping address during checkout. Please make sure the address is correct. After you made your payment, we cannot change the shipping address under any circumstances. We accept PayPal and major credit cards as forms of payment.
